I took my pillows and comforters to Wooven and they gave two different prices for different pillows. The lady at the front desk was very helpful. She explained the difference between cleaning my down pillows and regular pillows. It was nice talking to her and she figured out how to save me some money so that was cool also. They came out really good so I’m going to always recommend them.

They lost a very expensive custom deuvet cover during their pick up and delivery service
They refuse to take responsibility for it and replace it
They won’t return my calls and I am going to have to sue them to get reimbursed 
They delivered my clothes to a neighbor down the street

They did an alright job with the exception that they heavily starched my shirts after I told them NOT to and washed them after I told them it wasn't necessary. They could certainly polish up on customer service and attentiveness. Every time I wear a shirt, I smell the starch residue on my body. Perfect. Just what I wanted. Fast forward a couple months later, STILL have shirts I haven't wore because of the pungent starch odor. Terrible.

I have been a happy customer of Woven Dry Cleaners for many years and through two store locations in Wellington. I have always receiced excellent service and superb, professional cleaning. 
Recently, they really saved the day and with excellent results!!  We needed to have two graduation gowns pressed at the very last minute, and Sheena (I hope this is the correct spelling of her name) was super helpful!!  We failed to mention the urgency when we dropped the gowns off, so they went in with all of the regular orders!  She made arrangements to have our gowns rerouted to get immediate attention and had them ready for pickup with time to spare!!  She called me back at least three times to update me on the status of the gowns as they were in process and in transit to/from the Wellington and Pompano facilities. I understood she even enlisted a family member make the final delivery so we could have everything in time!  I could not have been more thrilled with the friendliness and service. She really understood we had no alternative options... you know, you can't just run to the mall to get a backup graduation gown.
