The Tailor is awesome!! I would go elsewhere for dry cleaning they washed 2 pairs of pants instead of dry cleaning (pants had label for dry cleaning only) pants shrunk 2 sizes. Owner gave some lame excuse!!

Gave me shirts from another man that had a very similar name. I went back and Sandra at the register told me she didn't have mine nor where they were. I called the mans phone number printed on the receipt stapled to the shirts I was mistakenly given. I told him I had his shirts and would have to keep them incase I had to go to small claims court to get justice. I went back twice and asked Sandra to have Johnny the owner call me. He had the courtesy to even call his customer. This other guy is also without his shirts now that I have to hold on to them and the owner doesn't care about him either. I even offered to let him repay me with future dry cleaning and keep me as a customer. He could care less. The owners don't give a damn about any customer. WARNING; you my loose all your clothes at this place and not be reimbursed. I am now suing them

Horrible cleaners and bad customer service....or should I say none. Destroyed costly garment and literally the owner disappeared and was non responsive to several visits, letters and pleas for accountability. Would not even refund me for cost of dry cleaning and garment had to be thrown away. Repeatedly promised to contact me but failed to ever do so.......how they stay in business is beyond me. The worst dry cleaners that I have ever been to. They use harsh chemicals and take no care in even pressing the item. I should have taken my money and burned it; that would have given me more satisfaction than letting these incompetent losers near my hard earned dollars. I would rate negative stars if I could. Beware!!
