I recently purchased a brand new bike for my wife, I decided to also purchase a lock to help keep her bike safe and secure. I purchased a word-lock safety lock. After reading the instructions and securing her $600 new bike, I attached the lock and never had to worry about it being stolen. I was very satisfied with their product. Two weeks later my wife decided she would like to go for a ride to relax her, unfortunately there was a malfunction with the product. My wife and I tried every solution to unlock her bike but to our disappointment we could not. I e-mailed the company and received an e-mail from them the same day asking for a serial number and color. I gave them the requested information and 2-3 days I received a brand new lock. My wife was very pleased as was I. I would like to say thank you to this company and I would recommend them and their products to every person who reads this. I'm a local driver making an on-time scheduled pick up. Not much I can say about wait times since this is my first time here. Shipping and receiving are located on opposite sides of the warehouse. The first driveway exiting Half Acre Road is the Receiving Side.

We WERE a 21 year customer of Ultra Hardware.We just called their phone number and found out The Howard Berger co. Bought them out. I was not impressed with their customer service reception to my call, their $250.00 order minimum and Fax or online ordering only requirements.ASKING QUESTIONS TO A HUMAN BEING IS SO IMPORTANT WHEN PURCHASING HARDWARE.Today with this poor economy, you really stepped on your foot charging such a steep minimum order. Ultra was $150.00.
Off to the next Hardware supplier on my speed dial!!
