So far so good from these guys! I went to have my rear wheel repaired after I snapped a spoke nipple while riding. I dropped my wheel off at lunch and I was able to pick it up later that day at around 3:30 PM. Fantastic speed and quality of service was very good. While fixing the wheel, they even took the time to clean out the cassette and hub a bit. They didn't have to, but it was a nice touch.

The wheel spins as straight as it'll go with all the damage to it and I haven't had any problems since.

The only thing I took off a star for is that they added tire sealant to the wheel without consulting me first and charged me for it. I ride mountain and I have my own tub of sealant. I can fill the tire myself. At least it was only a few bucks.

Dropped bike off a month ago to have bike tuned up and cleaned. I also needed a crank arm replaced. I never received a phone call that the bike was done, but last week, after 3 weeks I assumed the bike was finished being worked on. It was not. Knapps did not call me and they did not order a new crank arm. They were nice enough to give me a rental bike for a week for free while they finished my bike.

Yesterday my bike was finally done and I picked it up. Knapps told me I needed a new derailer cable and replaced it without calling me and asking me they simply just told me they did it and charged me for it. I went to a nearby park to test ride it and my brakes were sqeaking very badly. I assume it was from the oil or soap they used to clean the bike but my brakes were not like that before I dropped it off. Also, my derailer which they adjusted since they put a new cable on, was hitting my chain in 3 x 4. 12th gear. Did they not check the derailer after they adjusted it....
Over all very very displeased with the overall service Knapps provided me with. I will never be going back there for any further work or bike purchases.

A quality bike shop always has a dog. They have two. That should say enough. For new bikes, parts, accessories, service, or apparel, Knapp's will not disappoint. They host weekly rides, too.

Stopped into today to help a friend of mine select a road bike.  Everyone at Knapp's was super friendly . The store is well layed out and has a relaxed atmosphere.  They welcomed us immediately. Bill was great in showing my friend good choices in his price range. We found a great bike that fit the riders needs- no oversell at all.  My friend is as excited as we are are with getting a new bike but was especially happy he went to Knapp's

Never have done this before and only landed on this because I was checkin out what was doin at the Ole shop since moving to Ohio a bunch of years ago . ...Pete, you built me a bike in 1996 that to this day is still bullet proof! Rode to work this morning and the Landshark still rides like day #1.Best bike ever! !!! In fear of the Ole gal giving up on me, I had you build me another but this one has stood the test of time! 
Should have never doubted you in the bike you built! Thank you!
