Carolyn at World Class Travel booked our recent trip to Disney World, FL.  We were very pleased with her exceptional service over the years, as this was our second time using Carolyn for our Disney vacation and fourth trip we have booked with World Class.  Earlier in the year, we informed her of our interest in booking a Disney vacation, and she recommended coming into their office for a Disney presentation with a Disney representative.  We are very glad we went!  Not only did we manage to save some costs, but Carolyn listened to our expectations for the trip, presented various options with pros and cons for us to determine.  The family trip went perfectly thanks to the service and time Carolyn took with my wife and me.  Look forward to our next trip and would recommend!

My wife and I took our 3 sons recently to Disney World. We have twins that are 10 and an 8 year old autistic son. Gretchen Winterstein was our travel agent and she made our Disney trip so stress free and magical. We are already planning our next Disney trip next year, and we will certainly use Gretchen and World Class Travel again. If you are feeling overwhelmed planning your family Disney trip, Gretchen and World Class travel will help you ease your stress. World Class Travel helped me book the Grand European tour offered by Viking. Our trip was from 9/6 thru 9/26/16. Working with Terri at World Class Travel was the best. She and her staff are so knowledgeable and know the ends and outs of these types of tours. I feel like a close friend when I walk into the office and want to begin planning my vacation. If you are thinking about visiting Europe, go see Terri or any of the staff at World Class and discuss the Viking River Cruises. I was so pleased with Viking and the itinerary. Teri provided good suggestions and booked our extended stay in Amsterdam after the river cruise ended. The hotel she suggested was a 10 minute walk from the Viking ship once we disembarked. The hotel had a tram stop right in front which made getting into Amsterdam very easy.
