My wife is a very serious cyclist and has been going here for years.   I am not on the same level but needed new bike shoes.  Went in today and the staff was awesome.   The level of personal attention was frankly astounding.    Jason listened to what I had in mind and fit me with a few options.   His depth of knowledge was impressive.  I'm not easily impressed.   Working with someone who really knows what they are doing is always great but doesn't happen often in this day and age.   Jason had a wealth of real-world knowledge and set me up with more than I expected, exactly within my budget.   Five stars.

One star! Dave at World Cup has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I got a fantastic deal on my bike was so happy until 3 of my spokes came loose and the wheel had to be replaced due to being damaged beyond repair. So I waited 3 weeks calling every week Dave gave me an attitude everytime I called. This was taking way longer than the one week I was promised. Finally I said what's taking so long this is ridiculous. They called scott and found out that the wheel was never shipped. The wheel finally was shipped and was put on. I picked it up Dave was there seemed fine until I noticed the spokes were silver not black I complained and he said well if you want black you'll have to pay $40 are you kidding me this is there fault and they want to charge me. I'll never go back or recommend to I hope they read this. 
UPDATE
Everything was taken care it has been a few months I had my first service they were wonderful. Also bought another bike from them for my daughter I highly recommend.

We have purchased ski equipment from Lee and Dave for years.  Boots last year, and new skis and poles today.  With a hard to fit foot,  they have re-shaped boots to allow me to volunteer/ski over 40 times per year and never have an issue with comfort.

I have shopped at World Cup for both ski and cycle equipment. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and take meticulous time and care in selection and fitting of equipment. I had a custom bike fitting and never have felt more comfortable or efficient on the bike. I also had custom ski boots fitted that were comfortable from the first day on. I would recommend World cup for any of your ski or cycle needs. Staff is totally friendly and helpful.
