Its not 10 a month, with all their mysterious "fees" it works out to almost $16 a month, which wouldn't be so bad if the hours were better. Only open till 10 on Friday and only until 7 on the weekends? That seems backwards. Otherwise the gym is pretty good for the price.

Paid for the membership to include the sauna and televisions. A year later and still nothing. Equipment options are great, daycare is great and staff are great. Machines could use industry standard cleaning at least once a month however. The stair masters are harboring DNA of 1000 people.

Well when I switched from Goodlife to World gym it was a great switch. It was clean, the machines were brand new and top quality, friendly staff, etc. That quickly changed... The machines are constantly broken; the stair master has been broken for weeks now, the tanning rooms are completely disgusting, god knows what bodily fluids are all over the bulbs, just recently I found a pipe in one of the rooms that the previous tanner had been smoking IN THERE. The one woman that works there has to be the most miserable person I have ever met where at one point when I approached her to ask to use the massage bed she turns to me and says "ya, you want something?" The owners seriously needs to get in there to make some adjustments. You do have some great staff there so I don't want to paint everyone with the same brush. One man in particular is amazing and handled the "pipe" situation and apologized. But I am really wondering if making the switch to change gyms was the right decision. If I see change my review will change as well! SERIOUSLY, CLEAN YOUR TANNING ROOMS!

Love the classes but no always the cleanest. You get what you pay for.
