Jenna is the glue that holds this place together. She greets you with a warm welcome and a smile, she gives you attention, she makes you feel like you actually matter, and she does it all with the attitude that she genuinely likes her job. Her beer knowledge is leaps and bounds better than any employee I’ve ever tried to get a recommendation from here (can’t believe they have bartenders/servers under 21 at a place where beer knowledge used to be a top priority). I try to only go in when she’s working in order to consistently get that top notch service. Cheers!

This place is normally very great! The staff is usually very friendly and prompt with their service.  Unfortunately,  on Friday 12/8, my friends and I met up for happy hour and our service was terrible.  We had to constantly call the waitress over for new drinks as ours had been sitting empty (Not just for beer refills but for water refills as well) and then on top of the poor service we received when we asked for our bills our totals had been doubled because their system supposedly went down but all the other tables around ours were receiving their bills and were leaving the establishment with no issues. On top of the billing and system issues, when the waitress made us aware of the system issues she immediately asked us if we wanted to speak with a manager - thinking that the system would be back up in no time - we declined speaking to a manager (probably the worst mistake we made).  The manager was out and about cleaning other tables and talking to other guests but decided not to come to our table to even apologize for our wait or inconvenience.  Finally, about an hour after we had originally asked for our bills, the waitress decided to total our bills "the old fashioned way" as she ran our cards through a manual card slider.  Not thinking anything of it - I gave her my card to run and made the mistake of not taking a receipt because I gave her a cash tip instead of adding that to my card.  Low and behold it's Monday and I checked my bank account and the total charged is a lot different than the total I signed for.  I guess the waitress felt that the $9 cash tip my husband and I left for her was not enough because she decided to add an additional tip to our cards.  I am so disappointed and will not be going back to this establishment anytime soon.

It's open late.. there service was good...... That's where it ends.. the food is garbage.. the flat iron steak tastes like mothballs.. the bangers and mash was acceptable at best.. don't get it with gravy.. the Mac n cheese bites were just not good.... Server was great and punctual.. food sucks.. suuuuuuucks!

I've always loved going to this WOB! Whether it be for some after work drinks, grabbing some happy hour grub or catching a nice in house band session some nights. I can't think of a time where I've been let down.

Great fun. Good food and a huge burger for 5 dollars.. Huh.. Can't beat it. Cute waitresses too...
