I love this place.  Their ribs are amazing.  The tropical breeze lemonade drink is awesome and worth getting.  Only thing negative I can say is that sometimes they take stuff off the menu that should never be taken off.  Their flank steak was amazing.  Jerk shrimp is incredible too.

What a horrible experience. The services was worse than mediocre. I was served a steak that was uncharacteristically spicy. This is my go to plate when I go to Bahama Breeze. I explained to the server, Bradley M, if there was anything that could be done. He said he could send it back and see if they could scrap off the steak and cook it more. He got a small plate and asked me to place the already bitten into steak on it and went to the kitchen. No other options were offered or anything. The beans were dry and borderline burned, the rice was soggy and the sweet plantains were burnt. All of this was obvious but he took the little plate with a cut into steak to the kitchen. He came back shortly with the same steak which tasted like it was washed in water and seared to the point of charcoal. I did not eat anything else. Bradley came back and I asked for a box. My plate was obviously untouched and he made no comment or asked was the charcoal steak good or at least better. He came back with the bill that included the uneaten charcoal steak. I asked for the manager. Usually managers are worried about unsatisfied customer and make an effort to fix any problem. NOT this one. We explained the situation to which he made no apologies or demonstrated any effort. I had to ask if something could be done after he thoroughly explained the mechanics of chimichurri and he reluctantly removed the plate that I did not eat from the check. Bradley came back with the new check, again no apologies or any effort to fix our dinning experience. I understand you run a risk when you order a plate and that I voluntarily ordered this plate but the service was horrible. I guess I am spoiled and based on my experience as a server I expect servers make at least a minimum effort to make the dinning experience pleasant especially if there are unhappy. This was an epic fail.

Inside is a bit gloomy.  Done for atmoshpere I guess.  My jerk chicken sandwich was good.   Light and just slightly crunchy bun and unspiced chicken which you then dip in BBQ sauce. It worked well.  Dessert key lime pie was decent.  A large slice for 6+$.  Servers are nice.

Brandi! Awesome server, extremely friendly and attentive. The food was fresh and delicious. Drinks were on point.

Bahama Breeze always has good selections. Just wish they would play more Island music instead of watered-down Renditions and country music.
