Their dispute system is horrible, they won't fix their ATM, and they don't honor their promises. I have contacted no less than five people to resolve this issue. I hate to leave a negative review but unfortunately this has not resolved.

I have been a member for nearly 30 years and plan to close all my accounts!  They will NOT honor a dispute that I made to a horrible company who are ripping people off.  They believe an unscrupulous company rather than their member who has not received any product from this rip off company.  I am COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED in WPCU.  I suggest everyone be careful.  WPCU will NOT back you!  Rude customer service as well with Karen W. in disputes!
