This is the best credit union in the world anything that's got to do with money please go here I spoke to a really nice lady name Victoria she made me feel so comfortable working with my elderly mothers accounts and I definitely feel relax with her behind the wheel thanks for all your help

Was not allowed to open an account unless I was a green county resident. But the website says all of ohio. Hmmmm I guess I'm not the right color.

Never a pleasant experience unless you go in person. Calling on the phone, they sweep stuff under the rug and lie to you. Simple over the phone transactions sound simple and they are working to do what you asked, when in reality it was all lies.

Would leave zero stars if possible. Multiple past employees have gone to the board with concerns of violations of employment laws, discrimination towards employees and members, and many other issues and the board has not seemed to take anything seriously. I wouldn’t trust the director with my house plants, let alone my money.

The credit Union has had an answer for all my financial questions it needs to date, and always with cordial and friendly staff  Interaction both at teller and for personal management.

Friendly and helpful staff and very easy to "do business". My money feels very safe there and I feel very comfortable dealing with financial issues with the people there.

Why bother advertising "shared branch" banking when your employees cannot even process a deposit?

Very friendly staff, patient and helpful.
