Story

From a six-person firm started on January 1, 1985, in Salt Lake City, WSRP has grown to be one of the largest and most respected CPA firms in Utah.

Due to our history and skill, we understand the needs of both small businesses and large corporations. We offer a broad range of expertise in traditional audit and tax services as well as business consultation. Our primary clients are small to mid-market companies and their executives.

In 1996, WSRP joined the BDO Seidman Alliance, a group of top local and regional CPA firms throughout the United States. All members are affiliated with BDO USA, LLP, the 7th largest CPA firm in the country. In addition, BDO International, consisting of 601 member firm offices in 105 countries, provides extensive capabilities to advise our clients on international matters. Our membership in the Alliance, with 280 members located nationwide, allows us to help our clients do business anywhere in the world.

Due to growth, WSRP opened a second office in Las Vegas, Nevada in 2008. This expansion has allowed us to better serve local clients and leverage our regional contacts and expertise.
