The crew arrived early, got right to it, and finished the roof in one day as the weather was somewhat cooler.  These guys worked from before 7Am, until 7:30 that evening, and when they left, the yard was once again neat and tidy, and no damage was done to bushes or plantings which I was concerned about.  The next day, the gutters and downspouts were installed, and again, on time, neat, and courteous.  Very pleased with this company, from the guy who initially came out to look and quote on the job, to the last guy to finish the downspouts.  They also kept contact with me to let me know what they were doing, and the office staff is also very good at letting you know what to expect and answer any questions you have.  They are serious about making sure you are well taken care of and happy with their work. Hoping for a big rain now for the acid test to make sure we're watertight in all areas, and that the gutters and all flow freely.

I wasn't given a time at which the installers would arrive but I was off that day so it made no difference to me. 3 men installed 5 down spouts and close to 100 feet of seamless gutters in less than 3 hours, in between all of us exchanging small talk here and there. I had 3 estimates and they were not only the best in price, but the most personal and professional of the 3. I would recommend them through and through again, great job!!

We recently had gutter and soffet work done on our house the week of August 7.  The workers and supervisor explained everything they had planned to do before the work began.  The office staff called before they came to the house; which my family greatly appreciated.  The communication between the office and my family was consistent throughout the entire process.  We would and will recommend WT Anderson to our friends

Great! 

Before we chose a company for our roof replacement we called several companies for quotes. Anderson came in a tad high for roof price compared to the other companies, but the customer service, the services offered, the schedule availability, and the fact that they were willing to work while we weren't home all sold us on WT Anderson.  They also handled much more than just our roof, whereas other companies would only do the roof. We had new fascia, new soffits, wrapping, roofing, gutters and gutted guards installed. I could not be happier. Our house looks so much better and no more checking the roof after every wind or rain storm! The crew made sure the yard was well maintained, they were prompt, and we had all of the work done in 3 days. My favorite thin was that neither myself or my husband had to take time off of work, because they were willing to work without anyone home. Other companies told us someone would have to be present. Professional, friendly, and a great job.

I had my roof replaced and I'm pleased with their work. They ensured the weather would cooperate prior to even beginning work and were on time and even finished early. They were priced competitively and their customer service is friendly and responsive.
