I was shopping around for insurance because we were closing on  a house and needed to get homeowners insurance.  While doing that, I wanted to bundle my auto insurance and add umbrella insurance.  We have a somewhat complicated situation, needing to cover 4 adult drivers and 3 cars.  I tried a few other places, but kept running into roadblocks, so rates were too high, or unable to get enough umbrella coverage, or unable to get quotes for auto coverage at all.  So I asked my real estate agent for a referral, and was referred to Marko Stratakias at WT Phelan.  I worked with Marko, as well as James Ramsey.  Together, they were able to find the coverage I needed at a very good price through Hanover.  I had many questions and requests, and they were very patient to work out all the details with me.  The whole process was very quick and smooth considering the complexity.  Policy is not effective until end of June, but papers are signed, and based on my experience so far, I would highly recommend them!

Fairly straightforward. My only issue is a few fees seemed to appear when it came to sign, but for the most part I had a very positive experience. I was new to MA, and they were able to register my car while issuing my insurance. This saved me a trip to the RMV, and I don't think you can put a price on that.

Also, for some reason I was issued a several hundred dollar refund after I had paid my year of insurance in full, so that was kind of a nice surprise! I wish I could give 4.5 stars.

WT Phelan is the best insurance agency.  We have many policies with them and we appreciate their expertise, reliability and customer service.  For example, recently they proactively obtained more coverage for less money on our home insurance.  WT Phelan gives us peace of mind because we know they are always cognizant of our best interests.

Brenda has been my insurance agent for about ten years now. The level of customer service is unsurpassed. Any questions or concerns that I have I can call the office and speak with someone immediately without going through prompts and being placed on hold for long periods of time. I have my house, car and jewelry all insured through WT Phelan. The process is always fast and Brenda always makes sure that I get the best possible pricing while never losing out on quality of coverage. Whenever my friends complain about their insurance companies I refer them to WT Phelan.   Keep up the great work!

Teresa Higgins Hutt was my agent when I bought a new house and she got me a great deal on my homeowners insurance.  I also know she was able to save my parents a lot on their car insurance.  When I recently re-financed my house the insurance change was totally seamless.  WT Phelan is great and I highly recommend them.
