I recently had to call in, and spoke with a representative named Monica Glynn.  My mortgage was switched from one company to another, and in so doing, they somehow managed to neglect to give the new mortgage company the correct insurance company, therefore resulting in a lapse of payments.   Monica stepped in and couldn't have been more helpful.  She went above and beyond in identifying the problem, contacting both the new mortgage company, and speaking with the insurance company on my behalf.  She kept me abreast of every conversation being had, both by telephone and In writing, and managed to fix in almost no time what could have been a potentially long and drawn out process without their being any lapse in coverage.  I would recommend her to anyone!!!! Five star service and beyond polite.

I recently dealt with one of their representatives, Casey Frank, and was impressed as I have been over several years of dealing with them. Even when dealing with records related to an old policy, they did their utmost to help me and were very prompt and courteous.

Teah is the absolute best State Fund Agent! I received help from her for an insurance policy change and she made the experience fun and painless. She has the right attitude and understands the meaning of customer service.

Very pleased with the excellent service I received from Julie. Great insurance and pricing for home and auto, and wonderful assistance from knowledgeable and helpful agent.  Highly recommend State Fund.
