Stayed here 6 months now. The community is family oriented and quiet. The front office is attentive and very helpful.

I can not believe how amazing the service is. I am always greeted with a friendly hello when I walk into the front office. Everyone is very knowledgeable and quick to help. I lived here for about 6 months (Nov 2016 to Apr 2017. The park is well maintained (grass is mowed regularly). The park is quiet at night, i always felt safe. The monthly rent/utilities are competitively priced. All of my neighbors were quiet and kept to themselves. Should i find myself in a situation in the future needing to rent a space for an RV/Travel Trailer Wylie Butane Gas & Mobile Home Park will be 1st on the list.

The staff here are top notch! Very helpful and accommodating to your needs! Not the most upscale place, but a very friendly environment and quiet most of the time. Road noise is greatly diminished by the wall between the park and the highway.

We've been here a few weeks now and though it's not the most spacious park we've been in its not the most crowded either. We have a nice private fenced in yard lot and it is always pleasant in this place, no real loud noise or otherwise. Not all the lots are fenced we got lucky but if you live in a travel trailer or fifth wheel enough you know what these places are like. It's affordable and close to everything.
