I want to express my gratitude and appreciation to the new manager and staff they deserve a thank you; they deal with of undesirable non compliant residents that continuously break park rules plus keep up with several hundred units and property repairs.
I love it here, the rent is reasonable and the staff are good people.
Although there are problems with non compliant residents breaking 2 primary park rules that alot of times directly affect the good residents that are in compliance it's still a nice place to live. Clean and quiet 
I wish the non complying residents letting there dogs roam off leash defecating and urinating in other residents yards would stop !!!! Have some respect for God's sake; your lives are so petty and unfulfilling that you treat others with disrespect ? The residents with 3,4 and as many as 5 vehicles that are blocking the streets (especially at night) are the worst; they don't care  about the risks involved in doing that. Lord forbid there's ever a fire late at night, the fire response teams wouldn't be able to get down the streets or a medical emergency  the ambulance can't get to because uncaring, selfish people block the street.

Affordable prices for families, good responsive service from maintenance, houses aren't bad, but maintenance isn't that good with paint jobs and you will probably have to let the doors open for a while after moving in to get rid of the smell, but management is great overall.

New management has to be better thsn those who ran the place. Bit of a dump last time I was there

I personally have never rented or lived here but I have friends that lived there and family of those friends that still do live there and I can honestly say it's a nice quiet cozy place from what I can tell again this is not for my residence standpoint of you but just someone who visited over the years I've seen the improvements such as the little waterpark that they have now which really adds so much more to this place the only thing I don't like personally as a fact that it kind of has a feeling that you are fall out and the kind of scares me at night but that could just be because I'm from the East Coast Boston Massachusetts which is a faster paced place

Would give 0 but cant .maint dont fix anything .office management represents scum Lords.drugs and junk all over place. Only way something gets done is if someone gets hurt.save your money and value your family because this place don't.
