Our final billing statement was extremely high, so when I called to get a re-read the lady on the phone was very annoyed.  I was pleasant and did not get upset I just asked to please verify the reading.  I had to call back today (6 days later) to get the reading, it was higher, so this does indicate that the reading COULD have been correct, or since it has now been so long since I stopped service and they took their time to re-read it, the new customer used this amount already.  Either way I am stuck having to pay the bill, but the same lady is who I talked to on the second call, and she just kept interrupting me when I was asking simple questions like "what was the reading I was billed for" "what is the reading now" she would sigh like I was wasting her time.    ----Good luck to future residents.
