We've stayed at the Wilderness Resort in the Wisconsin Dells numerous times in the past & have stayed in different types of rooms. This is our first stay in the Wyndham area of the resort & have been very pleased. This is what looks to be a very new area, everything is very clean & upgraded. There's a bubble tub in our room which everyone has enjoyed. The full kitchen is so helpful when traveling so meals are quick. We're extremely pleased with our stay here and would highly recommend to our family and friends.

We booked a presidential suite through the Wyndham Resort at the Wilderness. The room was very nice, very clean and the water park was appropriate for children of younger ages. The only thing that concerned me was that when the room was booked we were not told that one of the three indoor water parks was closed and were only informed of that upon checking in. Staff told us that it is normal for them to shut a water park down on off-season. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time as that may have affected whether we stayed there or not. Aside from that staff was very friendly and assisted us with anything we needed. The smaller gaming area or arcade was a little run-down and a lot of the games were older but the large arcade was a lot of fun for my kids. We did receive several phone calls about attending a timeshare conference which got a little Annoying. We went there to spend time with our children not attend a 90-minute seminar for a timeshare. I recommend visiting there and likely will return.

As with all Wyndham Vacation Resorts, I am well pleased with Glacier Canyon in Wisconsin Dells. It's one of the easiest resorts to get to from the Chicago area. And the indoor and outdoor water parks have all the necessities for kids and adults. Yes, it can get crowded depending on the week(end) you stay, but we recommend doing your share of scouting early in your stay and in the mornings prior to the rush. Overall, we are happy with all that Glacier Canyon had to offer.

Vary large complex but easy to get around. A lot of great food and drink options on site. Staff was very courteous and friendly. Facility was clean and we'll kept up.

Rooms were well maintained. You could smell and see that they had recently been thoroughly cleaned. The furniture and beds were comfortable. Had a great stay.
