I LOVE Menasha site better than the original Appleton one. The kid's playroom is MUCH nicer and it is much friendlier in the kid area. I love that everything here is up and working and they have a hot tub whereas the other place did not. Everything is one floor and everything is easier to access. More open space so it doesn't feel like you are o top of everyone else. Clean and the architectural design is so much more pleasing and actually helps my mood. Which effects my motivation. Thank you.

The gym itself is nice and has an ample amount of space and cardio equipment. Free weights and machines are fairly nice as well but beware if you plan to work out in the afternoon. EVERY machine/ free weight will be full! Cardio has never been a problem to get on. For 10$ a month its hard to beat but if you want to get a fairly quick, effective workout you cannot go in the afternoon (3-8). You'll never get your workout completed!

I am a new member and 65 years old. The staff, trainers and members have been polite and helpful. I enjoy going as much as I can. There is always a class to participate in and have never had trouble getting on equipment. It is very clean.

What a fine place to catch MRSA. Nobody wipes off their machines or equipment and the staff doesn’t even half attempt to put a stop to it.

Was there for seven years and moved. I had paid for my boyfriend to join for two months while he was in town. When he left I canceled his membership! They claim I never did and have been charging me for the past year! I didn't notice this because originally I thought the money had been taken out for me. They say they have no recollection of me cancelling and can't find it. I know for a fact I did. There irresponsibility is ridiculous. It has made me pay an extra $220 because whoever at the desk screwed up. I moved out of state so definitely threw away everything. Not so great of customer service.
