I went in today (08/18/2017) for a sew in with lace frontal installation, and as soon as I walked in everyone was very friendly. I waited about 5 minutes for someone to start my hair, which wasn't bad at all. My hair was blow dried and braided very neat and flat. Korie was the one installing my hair and she is so funny and friendly. I never felt awkward or unwelcome. I asked a few questions about what she was doing with my hair and she was very knowledgeable. She didn't rush my hair, made sure everything laid flat as possible. She styled it and even customized me some beautiful baby hairs! I'll definitely be coming back to her.💜 I attached some photos of the hair after she installed it. I look a hot mess but the hair is great. 14 in lace frontal, and 18 and 22 bundles.

Made an appointment on 11/16/17 and today when I was driving to my appointment , Lyza called me and stated she was running behind and asked if I could come1.5 hours later, I agreed. As I'm head back to my now pushed back appointment, she ask can she reschedule me because a stylist called off and was juggling appointments...on top of it all, the communication was through txt message. I was doing a big chop on my hair for an upcoming holiday trip as well as pictures. The customer service was poor and mismanagement of time...I should of known when I was told she often overbooks...won't be using her or referring her again.

I normal never write reviews but I feel as though they deserve it. This shop is so welcoming clean and friendly. I have never been treated so well and made to feel comfortable at any shop like this. I am really shy so I get nervous going to new hair salons. Liza was the sweetest woman ever and did so good and my hair and hyped me up after making me feel good! I absolutely love this place.

Walked in and I was greeted immediately,  all my questions were answered. Knowledgeable staff Lyza was the best! She made time in her busy schedule  to accommodate me! Thank you so much! I will definitely refer them!

I went here 2 weeks ago haven't had time to write a review. Paid $120 FOR HAIR DYE! That was ridiculous. I've gotten my hair dyed before somewhere else and they only charged me $85. This place will just take your money. Hair came out too bright and she rushed to style my hair. I will not recommend it.
