Don't waste your time, in all 3 locations at the airport there was no one to provide service, all had a 30 min or more wait. Each location recommended me to the other. A huge wash of time! You need to have more staff available. 1 person to massage does not equal EXPRESS

We had a long layover on our way home from Europe. I originally went to the incorrect side to schedule an appointment. Once I located the appointment area I was told they operate on first come first serve basis. There was only one person ahead of me in line and the staff offered my husband and I use of the massage chairs while we waited. The original person I spoke with on the incorrect side checked to make sure I had been helped.The massage chairs were a welcome luxury as my husband and I sat and visited about our vacation. I had a pedicure and manicure and it was fantastic. They finished up in plenty of time for us to catch our connecting flight. Relaxing spa with great customer support and service.

Went in to get a haircut; NOT A SINGLE PERSON THERE. Stylist had just gone on break...receptionist said I'd have to literally SIT THERE for 20 minutes because they couldnt reserve a post lunch time slot for me. Ridiculous. Also couldn't tell me how long A HAIR CUT would take. No wonder no customers. And I'll never touch a Regis again.

I was 45 minutes on the waiting list to get a haircut. There were 6 chairs empty, 1 person working. I don't want to give names but, that person was cutting hair for the first time in her life. Chopping like my head being a tree stump ready for carving. These people need to be shut down before they do this to someone else. There was 1 person with a license to do hair. Perhaps it wasn't specified on her license that it was for dog grooming not humans grooming. I will go out of my way to make sure they will be closed down.
