Ugh, Yaga's is a place got go when you aren't sure what you eat. It's ALWAYS hit or miss for service attentiveness, so flip a coin, will you get greeted instantly; or will multiple people walk past you and you walk out after 10 minutes. I do recommend the Gumbo, but if its award winning, what contest? Because the rules for The Shrimp Festival that they sponsor it would be disqualified for having Sausage. The Po-Boy is on basically a hot dog bun. The burgers are alright. I sadly haven't tried many other things on the menu due to the service. But I still go from time to time due to the convenience.

A good variety of choices on the menu at reasonable prices. Standard pizza, burger and sandwich choices along with more elegant and tasty entrees. Nice location in the center of The Strand.

Never a bad visit when I stop in here. Food and drinks are always good. The staff is friendly. Prices aren't bad especially for being on the Strand.

Delicious food and drinks! Nice location, especially when it is movie night in Saengerfest Park. Live band was setting up to perform just as we were leaving. Would definitely come back for a meal when in the area.

I went to this restaurant expecting a decent dinner but I was let down. First to start, I walk in only to see a waiter walk to a nearby table and speak like she is talking to a friend not a customer. Eventually, after a couple of minutes we get seated. Drinks took a few minutes to arrive but our appetizers arrived on time. The queso we ordered was a rather small portion size and the spinach dip was bland. The best thing we got from the starters was a small sample size salsa that was probably store bought. For an entree, I ordered the "death" burger but I couldn't help laughing at the ridiculous name. Also ordered at my table were inedible Coconut shrimp and a chicken pepperoni dish. Also one of the sprites ordered had fresh lipstick stains on the outside of the glass. In the middle of my meal, I ran out of lemonade in my glass and turned to see if a waiter was walking by. The waiters however were making a lot of noise while sitting at the bar on their phones in front of the customers. I would've expected any worker to be warned or fired in a well run establishment who cares about there service. When my "death" burger arrived I expected it to be the death of me but the flavor was actually quite nice and was one of my ONLY positives of the night.
