I went into the clinic this morning after suffering all week . They were able to get me in same day. It took them less than thirty minutes to take out my tooth. The best experience I have ever had. Staff was awesome ..dentist was kind in his eyes and took my tooth out quickly. I appreciated that so much. I'm home snuggled up with my blanket. Feeling blessed. LENORA J. AKA JOLEE

I went in on a Saturday because I had a horrible tooth ache. I had gone on Friday to the Medi-Center because I couldn't stand the pain, and was told I could go in on Saturday to get help with my tooth. Not only did they say they could not see me, since they didn't consider me a emergency. They asked me to come back in a month. I am so angry, I will never go there again, and what do they consider an emergency? I will have to figure out something else I guess.

Receptionists are apathetic and lacking in personal skills. I've had several cancelled appointments because we didn't "call the day before" to confirm the appointment, which we weren't told we were supposed to do. If I schedule an appointment, trust me to be there. It's a lot more inconvenient for you to cancel my appointment and me come expecting to be serviced and have to be turned away due to cancelling their service.

This is a very good office I brought my daughter here when she got pregnant and marina trammel was so helpful and very informative we will definitely be coming back
