It has all the Yale accessories u could want as well as plenty of books & things. No waiting in long lines either. Its 1 of those stores that u should visit when in New Haven

A very nice place to get Yale souvenirs that you can actually get elsewhere. I prefer the place because you get to choose from a large variety. Why I left out a point is that you can get dizzy trying to locate where some goods are stored. For students who need books, it may be hard to locate it. I think a lot could be done on the organisation. It sometimes is confusing. My best part is the makeup section because it is very thorough. I have bought Yale shirts, books and drank some free coffee 😁😁😁 plus got some free makeup after buying some clunique products. So, I'll say it's a win win situation if you visit. Plus, you get to take some cool pictures and videos!

Nice store, but service quality at the counter was poor. Customer was not appreciated.

I love the cozy aura and collection of books here. The staffers are also very nice and receptive. I'm actually from African. I was marveled at the collection of some African notable literary works I found here- very impressive

We went here for a book signing and it was very well organized. We perused the store afterwards and were happy with the array.
