Great Vet and Vet Surgen! Warm and friendly environment in the office which is a nice departure from all the cold and antiseptic office that seem to be the standard. Many people laugh and say that their animals aren’t afraid when they come here. Highly recommend Dr. Yao and his staff.

Sensitive doctor & crew. Very supportive and good explanations of what's happening to my pet. rates are affordable compared to the good quality of attention. Unfortunately, they don't have Emergency service.

I must say that it's a good feeling to have an answer for my pets illnesses. Dr. Yao's office is not automated but fax savvy and perfer to keep his automation to a dull rore. He's not money managing me to keep a customer but tells it like it is. I will always recommend Dr. Yao.

Dr. Yao and all of his staff are super knowledgeable, nice and friendly. You can tell they love helping animals. I took my mini schauzer because she was sick with bloody stools. They took her immediately, and she was seen right away. The pricing is great too!! And they do not try to over sell or perform unnecessary treatments or exams. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I will definetly keep coming here for all Pookie's needs!

Dr. Yao is an amazing and nice doctor. Frlnt office could be more attentive, nut didnt take away from how amazing Yao was to our puppies!!
