Scheduled a taxi for 6:20 am at 11:00 pm the night before and I'm still waiting. Worst cab service around and should be free at this point. Let me also mention how a cab driver asked me why I didn't have cash when I went to pay with my debit card for a $3 ride literally around the block. Your getting paid to be a taxi driver and shouldn't be concerned about what people pay with. If I could give you a 0 rating I gladly would.

Had to wait at least 10 minutes which was okay, the driver was super friendly the car was clean and didn’t break my wallet like other taxis would

Bad cab service stack up equally with Carolina taxi. Drivers are lazy arrogant and incompetent. Cabs are always dirty inside and out. Several of them are clearly on dope as you can see needle marks in there arms. Drivers are always in a bad mood with a bad attitude. The owner and manager need to get a clue and not hire bottom of the barrel workers. Only had 1 driver who was above and beyond on night shift he was by far the youngest driver I had seen. Sadly 1 great driver doesn't make up for a dysfunctional company. Use Uber people Use Lyft Use the 24hour taxi company in downtown Concord. Yellow cab you get 1 star and that's soley because of the 1 good driver I had a couple diff nights. Need to let that guy be the leading example of quality service. Cabarrus County you deserve a better taxi service sporting your name.

I called a cab just before 5:00 in an isolated industrial area in Concord---told the operator the business was closing and I would be outside waiting with no phone---they said I was next and it would a 25 minutes, an hour later I had to flag down someone across the street and call again--they said I was next and they would send a cab immediately---after waiting two hours----no cab every showed---I had to walk four miles down a highway to the nearest gas station. I called to complain and was told a manager or the owner would contact me---of course I never received a call---no response from an email either---they are the worst. I would give them zero stars if possible. You are better off hitch-hiking---I finally was able to charge my phone at the gas station and Uber picked me up in 7 minutes.
