What makes Yen Jing different from other restaurant is even at age 71 owner, Shu Hsia monitors every little details from purchasing ingredients to creating fresh and delicious meals. He and his two sons ensure fresh and deliciousness in the kitchen while his wife and two daughters ensure customers satisfaction in service. Nothing says more than a family working together to create happiness and sweet aroma in the restaurant.
