To provide a safe and welcoming gathering place for youth, teens and families from all segments of the community. To provide a welcoming destination for youth, teens and families. To create opportunities for older adults to stay active, build confidence and socialize. And to provide a sense of belonging for youth and teens, especially low-income populations.
