Yoga shelter teachers are very experienced and also they are excellent at providing a safe helpful platform for students of all shapes sizes ages and genders to have a great yoga class. Their teacher training program is extremely in-depth and provides information knowledge and experience on every facet of yoga teaching and providing an excellent experience for the student. I would recommend the yoga shelter to anybody who is Seeking a true yoga experience linked to The Helpful traditions of ancient yoga yet modern enough to provide some new ideas that are also very helpful. It is my favorite Yoga Studio in the country and I have traveled all over taking yoga. Look forward to seeing you there!

I had the best experience at teacher training. The staff and teachers were fully committed to helping us find and connect to our true selves. It was a very enriching and enlightening time. Not only did I get a chance to deepen my practice but I was  able to connect with people who will be in my life for many years to come. I'm excited for my future! I would certainly recommend this training.

Excellent program that goes much deeper than just deepening ones practice. Study of bond, mind, and role we play makes this a really intense  and enjoyable experience.

This was one of the best experiences of my life! The instructor and special guest instructors were all knowledgeable and helpful, always asking how they could be of more service to us. I have deepened my own yoga practice, and gone much deeper into who I am. I loved the entire process!

This was the best experience of my life! I've learned so much and know that this is only the beginning of a crazy, beautiful journey. Yoga Shelter is such a wonderful place, and it truly is a community and family. Each day when I walk through the door I feel loved and supported. This is the place to start your journey and the rest of your life!!
