The early morning kickboxing classes with Mary and Kim are my favorite .. they bring great energy and killer moves that push us to burn a ton of calories in the process 🔥

I love this studio!  Everyone who works here has that magical mixture of professionalism & friendliness. I first joined for a month, because of the special, just wanting to check the place out. And after a week I was sorry that I'm just a snowbird and can't spend more than a couple months exercising here. I can't say enough about Kavitha and the yoga classes, either.  She is one of a kind!  Try it out. You will not be sorry!

Great classes. Great instructors. Super clean. Everyone is friendly. I drive by a ton of other workout facilities just to get to this one!!

Wow....where do I begin. The general staff is very friendly and ownership is great. However, be very careful on how you choose to proceed with your needs.

If you are looking for a workout, you are better served joining a gym or club as it will be more cost effective. 

If you are looking for specialized training, this may be the place for you. Understand though they are severely understaffed in certain specialties and overstaffed in others.

If you choose to use their services, as I do, be sure that you are on the same page as your instructor. I personally am rehabbing a herniated disc and my pilates instructor is the most professional, prepared and informed individual I have ever worked with. Simply an amazing person.

I have tried other services but the instructor I had seems to keep their own schedule. On more then one occasion, I requested personalized training at a specified time (Saturday morning) which was open on their calendar yet was told no. So be careful if you have a busy schedule and you hope to weave in your training needs as you may not get what you want.

With that, this a great place if you can match your needs with the right instructor.
