Our thrift store is an 11,000 square foot treasure trove that attracts customers from all walks of life and from throughout the region. We sell furniture, appliances, clothing, books, and just about anything else in good condition people are prepared to donate. The heart of Yokefellow is the Hepling Center from which we serve the community.

Called just to see if I could get help with bunk bed because trying get kids back and the woman had a very nasty attitude cut me off said Mann this is the thrift store the help line is and rushed gave me a number I couldn't even understand supposed to be Christian. Ministries hmm better recheck

I respect what they do here. One of the employees could be more friendly. As far as prices, they could be better considering these are second hand goods.

They do not offer enough money to help... Everyone seems to have a nasty attitude... Dont like coming here asking for help..

I went to ask for help to pay my electrical bill, since I have problem, they told me to call the next day, when I called the lady Linda told me to in a bad manner that they already take care of the bill and hang the phone fast, because she speak to fast I did not understand what she said, I called back and a men anwser that time and he ask Linda about the problem and in a bad manner (again) she told him that somebody else call before and that they already told me that they already take care of it. the next week my power was disconect it and they never send a payment they had the check ready but only with $50 not even the amount that it was request, when I called again she hang the phone twice and the third time she talked to me with an attitud and now I own $50 more of the original bill, I do not have money to pay and I did not receive any help. 
when I was there the first time I saw how this Linda treat people like if they did not worth nothing, people like me that need help and the last thing we want is to be treat like trash, we want someone the help us to get through all these problems and be kind. I do think that is a place for this Linda, because we need someone that treat us equal and not like that, I felt sorry for those people that when I was waiting she talked to them with a bad attitud in front of everybody, but they respond with respect.
