I used to come here for all of my pool needs, for years and never had a problem. This past spring u had them come out to replace a gasket in my filter. The service man told me to "bomb my pool with chlorine" to get the algea away. (I know there are chemicals you can buy which are somewhat expensive that would do this, but I honestly wanted to go the cheaper route...lesson learned). He failed to tell me this would drop my pH level so low, it would ruin my liner...and that's exactly what happened. Now my 4 year old $3500 liner is ruined and needs to be replaced. Now...I know I wasn't paying him for advice but since he represents LNP, I figured he knew what he was talking about. I know I should have researched it before I dumped 12 gallons of chlorine in a 25,000 gallon pool, but like I said, I listened to him thinking he would not steer me wrong. 
I went to the store and explained all of this to them, not wanting a new liner or anything for free, I simply wanted a call from the manager apologizing for his worker and letting me know they spoke to him to tell him not to give out advice to someone like me that is "learning" how to take care of a pool without full instructions.....nothing,, not a word.
I will no longer be spending any money there anymore and have warned everyone I know who has a pool about my experience.
