I went there with a order of protection stating the it was violated.  I felt like a criminal instead of a law abiding citizen.  I waited an hour and no one was there to take my report. Horrible.  When waiting for an hour, the desk officer seemed agitated when I ask if someone will be coming to take my report.  I left there feeling worst then when I came.  This is not a one sheriff town.  Where the hell was everyone.  Disgusting.  The cuty of Yonkers better look into this.

Let it be Duly noted to all who wish to relocate to Yonkers, This department of Officers will state to a victims face, that they are the assailant who in reality is the victim, These cops accosted us at our door, appealing to them for assistance, can't recall details of an incident, I have a complaint with IA on that issue and google Yonkers PD confesses obtaining false warrants, turned a female on her head and slammed her to the floor, assault and battery is harassment, does not arrest 240.26 Penal law.
All state police advise Crime is running rampant in Lower NY Below Poughkeepsie.
I was accosted by a black man who knew when I left home, when I returned, repeatedly accosted me, in a menacing way, struck me twice, sending me to the hospital, Cops from this department asked if I needed an ambulance, never called it in, had to call myself. Then they state they ordered a psyc eval Wow. Requested superior officers who arrived and noticed I knew some law, duh, grew up with cops, worked for cops, did Intel for cops, and have friends my age who are retired P.O.s and Detectives. Where do I go to be in the company of Cops who are religious and support the law abiding community ? 228 miles north to Warren County, Washington County where Cops don't arrive drunk and have their wits and don't noticeably suffer from insanity.

PS When a crime in the area of this departments SECTOR is on video and PO's refuse to view evidence, who condones the crime?

My family does not only respect and honor the Police Department, but some of them do and have held positions in Law Enforcement.  I had the displeasure of having a conversation with Mr. Mason. He was rude, unprofessional and overall disrespectful.  I called at 3:28pm regarding extreme abuse being sustained by my mother as the result of a tenant.  After an hour, at exactly 4:29pm, I call back.  I identified myself and asked when would the police be here.  In a condescending manner, he retorted, "They'll be there when they get there."   Shocked by the tone of this mans voice and the words he used, I said, "That's rude."  "You don't have to speak to me like that."  He said, "That's your opinion!"  I said, "I see I'm going to have to write a letter about you." The man said, "Let me spell my name for you."  I said, "Yes, because you probably think I can't spell."  He said, "No because I don't want anyone else to get in trouble."  His answer suggests that he was cognizant of his unintelligent response/behavior.
