Horrible service. Called for an illegal parked car in front of driveway. Cops didn't show up until hours later.

I spent the last 3 to 4 days calling the main number to 3rd precent 2 try to get assistance for my mother who is under the care of two caregivers who are mistreating her committing fraud, verbal and phisicsl abouse. The agency made contact and sent police and an ambulance out yesterday and my mother refused because she was afraid  but today  I was able to get her to tell those caregivers she really didn't want them there but she can't walk or take care of herself so she has to go to a nursing home .  On a positive note from what I understand but I was not there to witness it  it seems today the new cops went and they called an ambulance or because the caretakers cannot live there and they told them that she cannot be alone she can't walk nothing she's in diapers for god sakes also has a stoma. And for yesterday because as my sister was on the phone the cops were just as rude as officer Drago was to me tonight to be exact. But yet I only called to try to find out if ice and confirm what I was told by a police officer that I'm friends with  and again I'll say it and you'll read it at the end of this review he didn't want to hear with another cop had to say  and when I told him the calls were regarding different incidents  so that is why as per the agency I had to keep calling they told me to  I was transferred to several different reasons including Long Island yet I needed the 3rd in Yonkers  so I had no choice but to keep calling. He's yelling at me for calling multiple times . However, now if I was in trouble in a ditch,  in a car being held hostage or something Walgreen in Yonkers  visiting or what have you I know now if I call there  they're not going to do nothing. All this because of a connection problem, but he called me so maybe they should check their phones. I was not able to get through and that was the only number I can had and dial because they can hear me they're going to hang up.and yell, NO WAY.  But yet again he can call my phone so why didn't he call me after he hung up on me yesterday 3 plus times. He thought I was a wrong for calling. So he  screamed again, because I couldn't be heard, also very rude and I'll say it ah as in HE WAS BEYOND PROFESSIONL  AND VERY RUDE  for the second or third time,phone calls yesterday. before he screamed at me right now like I was a child I will be making a report to a supervisor or anyone above his ridiculous behavior and if he is a lieutenant or supervisor I'll go up to the captain. A simple solution would have been him call me back after the first or second hang up that he couldn't hear  because I tried several phones and I could not get through but yet agencies were able to get through and so is my sister Tara. Somebody needs to do something about this officer and again his name is Officer Drago. He is a dishonorable officer, in my opinion, to even wear that uniform and badge and especially. Even after he wad rude and made a comment when I told him that I gained advice from a retired police officer who happens to be a friend and told me he didn't care what any other police officers said. Maybe you should leave him in the back behind a desk doing filing because he obviously can't handle people and I hope he reads this.
