The service Young's from Owosso give is amazing.  I can rely they will do the best and never try to sell me something I do not need.  They always tell me up front what the cost will be and I do not have to worry about any surprises.

It couldn't have been easier nor more pleasant. My Service consultant was great! I waited in the Customer Lounge which was very comfortable. I had an oil change & tire rotation. I was in & out in about 45 minutes!

Nice dealership, but they always seem to want to upsell you on everything. I brought my truck in for a recall fix and I left with them wanting to charge me about a grand in "recommended" care. My truck is 3 years old and it was not necessary care.

First time customer. Moved from Missouri and wanted my Impalas engine light checked and oil changed.
Cost prohibitive on check engine light. Oil change expensive which I knew. 
Friendly fast service! Upon arrival. Waited 1 hour til completed. Answered questions as allowed.
Oil change corrected check engine light. Smiles
