Had 1pm appointment. Noah Wiggins had all paper work ready. He greeted me with professional manner. Which now days is lacking in our Community. Signature Ford provided clean waiting area with fresh coffee.  Work was done in timely manner.  I also want to mention.  Michelle M was also very professional over the phone making appointments for 2 my vehicles 1 in Perry location and the other in Owosso location.  To fit in with my schedule.

I had an early morning appointment for an oil change. I was running a little late but Brent made sure everything was good to go when I got there a few minutes late. Went and had breakfast for just a little bit and came back and car was out already, ready to go!! No papers or dirt was left in there!!!

Randy Bailey is the salesman who helped me buy my new car and he was awesome to work with!! He listens to your needs and is not pushy at all!! I would highly recommend Signature Ford in Owosso for your next vehicle!!!

Brent at Signature Ford in Owosso  has always treated me better than family.  He makes sure I have a ride to work, that my truck is clean and fixed or serviced right the first time. Good customer service is so hard to find these days and I really appreciate it when I find it.  I will be a loyal customer.

I've been dealing with Signature Ford Lincoln for a while now, and these guys know exactly how to make you feel comfortable, the service department is super friendly and extremely help. I always goto Brent because he always gives me great advice and knowledge for the things that need to be done for my vehicle. Keep up the fantastic work! Will continue to bring my vehicle here for service.

Brent is by far the best when it comes to going above and beyond in the service department.  He always makes sure to explain every option and the costs of those options.  Brent not only makes sure your car is serviced quickly, he makes you feel valued with your car concerns. For your service needs, make sure to ask for Brent!
