We were unbelievably lucky to have found Mike Roberts. We are first time single home buyers and were not really looking when we first met Mike. He was amazing and very relaxed. Never pressured us and gave us full control of what we wanted to see and when. Then I found our forever home. Mike was on the ball and got us an appointment right away. Thank God he did because they cancelled the open house and accepted our offer within 24 hours of posting! Mike has won the hearts of my whole family because he is honest, knowledgeable and reliable. Mike made this whole process fun and stress-free. 

The whole Young team (Josh and Gabby - THANK YOU!) have been amazing. They are quick to respond and make sure you are completely comfortable about what you are signing and your decisions. I have had a great experience with the Young team and have already recommended them to friends and family.

We worked with Mike Roberts, a buyer’s agent, for the purchase of our new home, and we were so happy with the experience.  Mike was responsive, knowledgeable, and professional.  And best of all, he had some great strategies and techniques to help us throughout the search and negotiation process.  He was always a source of positivity in a process that isn't always pleasant.  If you are looking to buy a home in the Cleveland/Akron area, you can't do better than Mike.  I would highly recommend him to anyone and would definitely work with him again.  The lender and home inspector that Mike recommended also ended up being great people to work with.  Finally, the Young Team support staff were incredible.  Gabby helped us through the closing process, and she did a great job of keeping everyone on schedule, knowing the timeline, and making sure that all of the loose ends were tied up by settlement.  All around, the Young Team and extended network was a great group to work with.

We had an exceptional experience buying a home in Akron, OH with Young Team Realtors, specifically with Mike Roberts as our agent and Gabby Cregan, who made sure we knew what we needed to do and when throughout the process.  Mike was attentive, flexible, proactive and fun to work with.  In a competitive market, he helped us navigate negotiations carefully and thoughtfully.  He gave us the information and insight that we needed to make good decisions that ultimately led us to a wonderful new home for our family.  Thanks to Mike's guidance and Gabby's thorough assistance, we got the house we wanted and couldn't be happier with our experience.  I definitely recommend working with Mike, Gabby and the Young Team Realtors group.

We worked with Chrissy Hart in buying a home. She was an absolute delight to work with. She was flexible, responsive and driven to help find us a home within our parameters. She is new to the business but made excellent suggestions when it came to negotiating our offers. Unfortunately, we had to leave town during the contingency period and Chrissy made sure inspection and any other service quotes were taken care of. She made things easy and we had the upmost confidence with her representing us.  Once we had a signed contract Gabby was assigned to us to help with the closing aspect along with Chrissy. Our interaction with Gabby was brief but she answered all questions and was very pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend working with Chrissy and the Young Team when buying a home.

When Ryan came to assess our house, he said that he was confident that the house would sell quickly and for top dollar.  His marketing strategy and his recommendations for preparing the house for sale were spot on.  Our house had multiple offers the first day that the listing was active and it sold for the asking price.  We would definitely recommend Ryan and his team for anyone looking to sell their home.
