My son is on medicines for ADD and everytime i try to get his refill they sched him weeks and months away he can not return to school without it im looking for another doctor as we speak i hate this place!!! This office deserve no stars!!!

The staff is very friendly, helping. They keep my better half in good health for us to be able to see another day.

I've visited this facility a couple of times the first time absolutely loved the service, went a second time and realized this place although looks fairly new but is very outdated !!! And for a Doctor to tell you maybe you should go someplace else smh wow reallyeeeee on my second visit? ??? So needless to say I made another appointment to see another Dr.in the same facility loved the receptionist on the phone !!! But the young lady at the window attitude was a bit nasty so I left.. canceled my appointment for my son and called to speak with a manager and was disconnected ????Reallly??? Call HR to complain yesterday waiting for a call back but I will not be returning! !!! 9 months later still no response SMH!!!! Wow

If i could give no stars i would. I have been there a couple times and everytime has gotten WORSE AND WORSE. I have shown up and then told oh the doctor isnt there. I was sooo sick and had to go to urgent care and have youngstown community health laughed at because i got turned away again sicker then a dog. Confidentiality broken numerous times and as i leave, the nurse tells me, i will have unit clerk call you. That was 5 days ago. I have been to lloyd McCoy and warren west NEVER HAD THIS MANY PROBLEMS. I then get letters from Medicaid saying i was overcharged and billed twice. I have called to talk to some one BUT get hung up on and phone person saying they are too busy. This happens in person when i go to YCH also.
