No carts available when you shop. The store wasn’t even that busy.... had to walk all around the store and still not a cart available! I know they have cut back in help... but carts need to be available. Not all the dressing rooms are open and you get tired of trying to carry things!
I've went there 3 times to buy makeup. Expensive makeup! 2 out of the 3 times they've messed up my order. The first time they didn't put my lipstick in my bag, and this last time I went in and bought 3 items. They gave me the wrong shades of foundation and blush! $65 worth of makeup for 3 items and they can't get it right?
