What can I say, I love the friendly staff and the great discounts!  I've never had a problem with returns or snooty staff.  I haven't had any services at the Hair Salon, but after reading the reviews, I think I'll just keep it that way!

Prices are high however very good quality boots and other products as well. Staff is kinda still snooty. Get with the program ladies.

only 3 individual changing rooms that men or boys can use.  We eventually got tired of waiting (after 1/2 hour+) and left.  Definitely not the place to take teenage boys for back to school shopping

I hate to dish out bad reviews, but my experience really deserves one. I went there with a friend to get our hair professionally done for a formal dance and I ended up having to completely redo my hair when I got home. I have naturally curly hair and got my hair cut the same day from a different place. I asked the woman that cut my hair to straighten my hair because I knew that it would be easier to style later on in the day. After getting to the salon on time, I ended up having to wait 20 minutes to actually have my appointment start. I showed the woman a picture of how I wanted my hair done and it was voluminous curls with a flattened fishtail braid. I didn't think it was a difficult task for proffesional hair dresser, but the lady basically had a caniption when I showed her how I wanted it done and explaining my hair style. I quote, "You want me..to curl...this?" while pointing at my hair and rolling her eyes. Through the appointment she barely talking to me and when my friend came over after her appointment the woman bitched at her for wanting to go get bobby pins... When doing (ruinning) my hair she asked me, "so what makes you think it was a good idea to get your hair cut on the same day you are getting your hair formally done?" That was an interesting conversation. My hair turned out horribly. I ended up payed a RIDICULOUS amount of money for the amature job she did(and the snarky comments). If I could rate my experience in the negatives with this hair stylist, I absolutely would. Sorry Younkers:/
