The doctor here is great at what he does! I never felt any pain when I was getting dental work done. HOWEVER, this poor rating is based off of the horrible experience I had when it came to Billing. I was told what the insurance company would will pay and what I need to pay out-of-pocket then a week later would get an additional bill on what the insurance did NOT pay like they had “quoted”. I was being billed on what they assumed insurance would pay. After dealing with the rude employees and almost 4 months of getting the correct billing when I went to pay my final bill I asked to use two cards for payment. $200 on discover and $164 on debit. I was then charged $364.00 on discover and $164 on debit. No phone call of the mistake but an email saying sorry and it would be refunded. Personally a phone call would’ve been more appreciated as it was alarming to see the full amount charged to credit and I didn’t get the email until after I called them back. In the end, Your Smile Team, is not going to receive any further business from me and I am looking for a new dentist.

In my humble opinion: Complete scam artists using bait-and-switch tactics to fleece an unsuspecting parent. Took our child in for a "back-to-school-special" (the bait) for $49. Part of the bait was an xray package, where a cavity was found, price to fix was quoted as $260. Took the child back a week later, where the mother was present during the entire procedure. Upon exiting and paying, was told the procedure was a "root canal" and charged $500 (the switch). No inflammation of gum tissue, no pain in the tooth, no discussion of possible root canal after xray examination, or during the actual operation performed. Only upon payment was the parent informed the cost would be 200% greater than quoted. Will be contacting the state regulatory agency to file a formal complaint.
