Extremely disappointed is an understatement. 
 To begin , the aesthetician was 40 min late  . Stuff happens, so I could let it slide .The IPL she performed on my chest felt completely painless. IPL is NOT painless . The wand setting could not have been turned up;  there was zero result (and I mean zero) from the treatment  . I should have followed my instincts but had a gift certificate to use for two sessions . So, I would have her check it out during second session as they suggested . Again, stuff happens, maybe machine wasn't working they said .  

I purchased skin care items and then scheduled the last  IPL  a few days later. Doing my own research on the new products I began using , I discovered I was not to have an IPL because of skin sensitivity from the products they just sold me. I needed to stop use at least 3-5 days before IPL . 
I called and canceled the second appointment two days prior telling them this fact and the fact that my chest showed no result so I didn't feel comfortable continuing with that aesthetician. They apologized.
Two days later I was still receiving appt. reminders. 
So I called again to tell them to stop sending because it was canceled. 
I was told by the receptionist that they didn't see it canceled and would have to decide whether they would charge me a $50 cancellation. 
Yes , that's correct folks , they would decide if they would charge for me for an appointment they shouldn't have scheduled in the first place , that I caught and canceled 48 hr  prior. ALL after the first session in itself was unsuccessful! 
To give a completely fair review, the staff Was friendly and one was apologetic about the mistakes up until the cancellation conversation . I am sure there are other employees there that are skilled at their job; I unfortunately didn't come across any the day of service . 
Sadly, the remainder of my gift certificate will go unused .

My first time to visit this spa. Everyone was so nice. Excellent service and have a wonderful experience can't wait to go back!

This is the most complete and professional Medical Spa that I have had the pleasure of utilizing.  I have been to several spas in NJ as well as NYC and the staff is second to none.  Their professionalism and warmth really make it a sincere pleasure to visit.  The staff is VERY knowledgeable and thorough when performing treatments.  

I found this Spa soon after moving to Jacksonville and they helped to make my transition a very smooth one. I have found that this is my "Home Away From Home".  Thank you Youthful Medical Spa.

I noticed that one person complained about no medical personnel on site.  I am a nurse practitioner and I resent that remark.  There are several nurse practitioners who work at this spa.
