Lynne was super informative and made great suggestions for my skin. I have very sensitive skin so she used specific products that would enhance but not irritate it. I opted for an anti-aging facial which left my skin baby soft and literally glowing (in the best way possible).

The facility was very clean, relaxing and Lynne was professional and very sweet. I highly recommend!

I have tried to give a review on Yelp as well but seems as though my review wasnt posted...My second time getting a microderm from Lyn and I loved every minute ! My skin feels amazing. Her room is so cozy and she is the sweetest woman. The sunblock and moisturizer she recommended for me is phenomenal. I highly recommend incredible skin by Lyn

Incredible Skin by Lyn is my favorite place to get a facial and have some time for "me."  Lynn is so attentive and accommodating, and it is my time to relax while keeping my skin healthy, youthful, and vibrant.  Thank you Lynn for always making me feel great about myself and my skin!

While I too started about 15 minutes later than I was supposed to, I had the opposite problem timing-wise - we were there far later than we expected. I expected a little over an hour and we were there over two hours. Granted, that included time for me to change my clothes, etc., and I did have one extra treatment, but it threw a wrench in the rest of the day for me. So, I can see perhaps the issue the prior person had, and due to the timing, can't help but wonder if she was trying to compensate in my appointment by integrating the feedback. It was a really nice facial and my skin looked great - still does. 

The room is chilly. She asked me about my comfort many times, and has a heated table. I actually like the cool air w/the warm table, but I can see how if you get cold easily it might be a bit much. Might be good to ask for an extra blanket. 

It sounds like maybe some of the operational kinks are still being worked out, but the quality of the service that I received was still excellent.

I've been going to Lyn for a few years now.  I would not go to anyone else.  I've had eyebrow waxing and facials (so many people had messed up on my eyebrows and she finally got them looking good). Lyn is so friendly and her room is very clean.  The atmosphere is so relaxing.  Lyn has also been extremely accommodating to my hectic schedule.  I appreciate her expertise regarding my skin care and the extra time she spends to evaluate my skin to give me the best treatment and recommendations for my individual needs.  

Recently, we did a microderm facial and it was awesome! My skin was softer than I ever thought it could be. I love her CoCo Deluxe facial too.  My teenage daughter has seen Lyn to get her eyebrows done and has had a facial and conversations about her acne and scaring. She recommended a few products and had her take home some testers to try them out. Now her skin is looking great and we can't tell you how thankful we are for her advice.

We would recommend Lyn highly! She really is incredible! Thank you Lyn for making us look and feel great!
