Customer service basically ignores you, they give a 4 hour window and can't even keep to that.  Remember that if you aren't there they won't deliver, and they only get your items to the back of the truck for you to unload.  If there is another option to choose a freight company, use anyone else.

Great Place to work if you never plan on retiring ,pension plan greatly reduced, 15% wage give back , company just keeps taking from their employees, they should be ashamed on how they treat people.

Not at all impressed. I've been given unreliable information from this terminal for about 10 days now. Freight is finally showing out for delivery today on the YRC website after being 'hot listed' to deliver 8 days ago.
I understand freight issues and I can accept delays and accidents. I can not accept unreliable information, and neither can my customers.

Worst company. They call me telling me my shipment is to be delivered and no one shows up.  I call to find out what happened they were like we have to reschedule.  Then it happened the second time all over again.  When I called back to reschedule no one answered.  Poor service.
