The trucking company attempted to deliver during closed business hours. The driver relayed one message that it wasn't a problem, and they would redeliver. No mention of a re-delivery fee.  If Drivers can't tell customers it isn't a problem, then maybe there is an internal training problem. Their office contacted me through my broker explaining a re-delivery charge would be applied. They refused to waive the fee. Horrible customer service. Lost a customer for life over 90 dollars.

Like any other job you have your imperfections but I’m satisfied working here, they gave me an opportunity and I’m forever grateful for that.

I am employed by Ward Trucking and despite the negative comments I can assure you that this company strives to give their customers the best service and quality possible. I ordered a Farm sprayer and when I was on vacation in Florida I received a call from a Ward truck driver he wanted to deliver the sprayer so instead of telling him to keep it till I get home I tried to be a nice guy and made arrangements to have him deliver to my sons place of business and the unit was delivered there it was shrink wrapped and my son didn’t know what it was or what it should look like he just signed for it and when I got home I checked it to find it was badly damaged I contacted the Ward company they sent an investigator out when he arrived he cut the shrink wrap off and dockumented that I’d was badly damaged but Ward trucking said you signed for it’s your problem this company sucks and they screwed me over it was an expensive lesson for me please don’t use this company they are creeps and I’m 77 years old and I will bad mouth them for the rest of the time I have left on this earth
