They really deserve 0.  They have the worst customer service and they don't even answer their phones.  Just say "Leave a number and we will call you back".  I have tried for two days to get digital convererters and I can't order them online or even on the phone.  I am 60 years old and I refuse to wait in line for hours for them also.
I guess I will just have to switch to Direct TV.  My kids have it and they never have a problem.  I am just tired of dealing with Comcast.  BEWARE.

My husband tried to return a cable box at 6pm on the dot (when they close).  They locked him out and wouldn't open the door.  Guess they really wanted to go home.  Comcast phone employees are good so 2 stars.

What they have, the customer service, the unique gifts and beautiful jewelry.  Highly recommend Yuba City Jewelers to everyone.  Great gifts and prices, too.

Cancelled my over priced internet service two months ago.  On fathers day they turned off my cable TV service, which is paid up,
because I didn't pay my internet service.  These people are idiots!
