This is a beautiful place to walk, picnic, hammock, camp, or fish. Also, there is always a chance to see some wildlife. Many types of birds, including Bald Eagles and Osprey. I've personally seen a Bobcat as well! I am here most days of the week getting exercise and rejuvenating. Definitely worth visiting!

We really love Yucaipa Regional Park. In the summers, they are literally next door to the Yucaipa Community Park, with Movies in the Park and Concerts In The Park that are free to attend, and have concessions and relaxed family-friendly seating on terraced hillsides. But back to Yucaipa Regional Park - there are several lakes with fishing available, a swimming area with water slides and a "beach" (entry to swimming is extra, as is the charge to ride the slides), and there are trees galore. There are well-maintained picnic and camping areas, clean and utilitarian bathrooms, and the trash is picked up on a regular basis. Hiking trails are well-maintained and numerous, and of course there is the ever popular Frisbee Golf. This is a great place for yoga, swimming, hiking, bike-riding, scooter-riding, trail runs, and more. Very family friendly, and there are campfire pits scattered throughout the campground as well as charcoal-style grills that are located at every campsite and in many of the day use picnic areas. Lots of parking, and lots of wildlife - we've seen a big cat, coyotes, raccoons, squirrels, frogs, lizards, birds of all imaginable kinds, etc. Summer time evenings in the campground can get a little crazy on occasion if you have partying neighbors, but overall it is a peaceful spot with - did I mention? - lots, and lots of beautiful, mature trees. It is one of the shadiest campgrounds in the surrounding local area, and the park staff members at the kiosk are some of the friendliest and most helpful out of all the San Bernardino and Riverside county regional parks. If you enjoy fall colors and leaves, this is also a great place to come to take pictures or play in the fallen leaves. Definitely one of our favorite RV camping spots!

This is a great camping/rv place. We do have a really great time when visiting. The reason for a 3 star rating is because of the showers. They are disgusting! Tons of spider webs and dead spiders/bugs. I had dead bugs falling on me when taking a shower. On top of these disgusting showers, they now charge you. I don't understand why the people that work/run this campground don't take a hose 1-2 times a day and spray down these bathrooms and clean out the bugs and the webs. Needs a little more attention to the upkeep of this place. Also, pretty disappointed in how dry and terrible some of the grass was in some of the camping areas. We're no longer in a drought, time to get this park looking in better shape.

Nice camp ground except the showers and restrooms have some mean spiders in the corner of the ceilings. One had a body the size of your little fingernail. Yikes! Spots have ALOT of room between each other.
