Got there and they were slightly understaffed but made up with it by giving complimentary drinks and a snack. Made sure we loved the vehicle we were looking at before even test driving it. They have a wonderful area for children to play and relax. The customer service is amazing and they gave us tons of tons of peace of mind when we signed for a brand new vehicle. I recommend them highly to everyone looking to buy safe, reliable vehicles for affordable prices.

The folks at Yucca Chrysler are the real deal. Friendly and knowledgeable all the way from start to finish. I felt appreciated and valued,  sort of a small town charm to the place.

Old car blew it's lid and they set me up in a recently owned Ford Fiesta with low miles for a great price, and after driving around for a few days I love it, almost 40 mpg, even in town.

Thanks to the sales and service staff I was able to go from bust to boom in only a few hours. Highly recommend.

We had great service, our salesgirl was friendly and kept us entertained while the paper work was being done. We drove out of there with a car I never expected I"d be able to afford. Thank you Ram 29  Palms

ran out of gas trying to get to the ER. even with roadside assistance through my insurance. was told they charge 5.00 a gal. and they were giving me a gal.for free. gas is 2.59 a gallon.  you're NOT giving anything away for free. you're taking advantage of people who are stuck. with the weather in triple didgets, being sick on top of disabled,yucca valley chrysler dropped the ball. they used to be an awesome team, reliable and trustworthy. now they're just as greedy and uncaring as all the other shameful corporations squating among us

I brought my 2014 Cadillac in to see what they could do to help me get out from underneath it. Even though I had some pretty steep negative equity tied to me, they somehow pulled off a miracle.  Keith Castruita helped me get the exact number i wanted for my trade in. Above all, he was able to find me my absolute dream car, a Durango R/T!   Keith did not pressure me even the slightest; I spent hours in his office and looked at multiple vehicles, had him run the number over and over again, but I was not defeated when I realized they didn't have the exact car I was looking for on their lot.  A few days later, I contacted Keith and told him exact details, options and colors I wanted and within a couple of hours, he had located more than the perfect car for me!  He coordinated to have the car brought over from another dealership, and going above and beyond, Keith personally delivered my car to me!  Unbelievable customer service. These guys, especially Keith, get 10 stars from me.
