I have been a patient for about 5 years now, staff is pretty cool . Dr Bermudez is not too bad, good attitude which is a plus, he is sympathetic to your conditions,but suffering with my own issues physically has become alittle bit of a hassle with regulations now a days im lucky to have my CP controlled to a certain extent,but i do admit some work needs to be done on that part he does what he can and its appreciated but it use to be better handled before 2014. I cant complain though, for now im pretttly happy with the services they provide. PAs are nice too, no problems so far when ive seen them. Place is cozy and dont forget to steal a graham cracker or two when you go :p wait time varies, from 25 minutes to an hour and some change, but darn better than my previous Doctor (4 hr at times) oh and they have a strict appointment schedule so that helps to keep down the wait times. I just hope it stays the same, hate to leave and find another decent clinic, they are far and few down here.

I have no complaints. The staff here is wonderful. They treat me like family from the front of the office to the back accept for ONE nurse always has attitude. Keep up the good work

Dr. Bermudez is a very knowledgable and respected Doctor in our community he has cared for my mother for many years. My mother is a diabetic and suffers from asthma and has never been admitted to the hospital under Dr. Bermudez's care he has always monitored her diabetes and asthma throughout the years.

The WORST service!!!!! I call on Monday to have a prescription refilled called into the local pharmacy. They ask me to just have pharmacy fax them the refill request. The pharmacy faxes it in and they FAIL to respond. I can repeatedly, Wednesday, no response. I leave message with message service hoping someone will respond. I call pharmacy Thursday they have not received a response. I call Doctor and again ask for a response to fax. They claim they are working on it. I call again Friday twice once at noon and another time at 4:30 pm. Stating, again we have been without the medication since Sunday. They claim it will be done before the end of business today. I call Pharmacy at 5:30 and they let me know they have still not responded. Therefore having to wait another week since now it is Friday.
